MOTIVATION: Resort retail is notoriously disappointing. Most high-end hotels offer mediocre fashions and merchandise. For this reason, 80% of concierges send guests offsite to satisfy shopping needs. With the inclusion of Seaside stores, guests and residents have good reason to spend their time and dollars at the hotel.
